Cold Canapés - £1.40 each
minimum order of 25 per kind of canapé

Fish:
Smoked salmon roulade
filled with cream cheese and chives
House smoked salmon mousse
in a pastry shell topped with dill
Swedish Skagenröra/prawn salad
in pastry shell with lemon
Mini blinis topped with sour cream,
finely chopped red onions and Lumpfish “caviar”

Meat
Danish chicken and asparagus salad
in pastry shell with crispy bacon and carrots
Roast beef horseradish, with remoulade sauce
and crispy onions on rye bread
Slow cooked salted pork on savoury rye tuile
with marinated red cabbage and pork crackling
Pork liver pâté with hint of cognac
served on crispy rye bread with bacon and pickled beetroot
Smoked breast of duck in pancake
with herb, mayonnaise and fresh chervil

Vegetarian
(v) Blinis topped with sour cream,
finely chopped red onions and aubergine “caviar”
(v,n) Danish blue cheese cream on crisp bread
with prune purée and salted nuts
(v) Roll of cucumber and cottage cheese cream
topped with crispy beetroot and chives

on amaretto bisques dipped in dark chocolate
Mini “Kransekage”/marzipan biscuit
with chocolate ends
Coconut meringues
with chocolate coating
Fresh fruit skewer
with Chantilly dip

Payment: We accept BACS, credit or debit card
VAT will be added to the final bill (20%) – all prices exclude VAT
