in a pastry shell topped with dill

Meat
Danish chicken and asparagus salad
in pastry shell with crispy bacon and carrots
Roast beef horseradish, with remoulade sauce
and crispy onions on rye bread
Slow cooked salted pork on savoury rye tuile
with marinated red cabbage and pork crackling
Pork liver pâté with hint of cognac
served on crispy rye bread with bacon and pickled beetroot
Smoked breast of duck in pancake
with herb, mayonnaise and fresh chervil
