Smørrebrød – Danish open sandwiches

The Danish open sandwich is a traditional item for lunch in Scandinavia.
We make the open sandwiches in either the original, full size or in a finger food size (smushis). You should count with 4-5 of the finger food size per guest and 3-4 of the full size per guest.
