PAST EVENTS:
Trina Hahnemann as guest chef at Madsen on January 22, 2010
Following her success with “The Scandinavian Cookbook”, Danish chef Trine Hahnemann has launched a new book called “The Nordic Diet”. To celebrate this Trine was a guest chef at Madsen for an evening on Friday, January 22. Together with the chefs at Madsen, Trine presented a three course menu following the principles of the book. We served Jerusalem artichoke soup, baked cod with cauliflower in mustard cream and lemon mousse. The guests, that included the Danish Ambassador to the UK, had the opportunity to meet and speak with Trina about her work.
